Safeguard Distributor Schob & Schob Inc. Acquires NCF Graphic Solutions

Schob & Schob Inc., Fresno, Calif., a distributor for Safeguard Business Systems, Dallas, acquired NCF Graphic Solutions (NCF), Santa Barbara, Calif., a supplier of custom-printed business forms and promotional items for more than 25 years.

Safeguard’s Business Acquisitions and Mergers program, which helps to provide opportunities for existing and new Safeguard distributors to grow through acquisitions and mergers, completed the transaction. Safeguard did not disclose the terms of the acquisition.
