TRANSFORM Acquires Alabama-based Distributor PFS Inc.

TRANSFORM, Lawrenceville, Ga., recently acquired PFS, a distributorship based in Birmingham, Ala.

With this purchase, TRANSFORM gains a thriving client base that will continue to propel its growth. The company aims to be one of the top distributors of print, promo and apparel in the southeast, while also offering customers technology solutions to better purchase and manage these branded items.

Over the coming months, PFS will migrate to the TRANSFORM name and branding. The current PFS sales team is joining TRANSFORM and will continue to serve their customers. Current PFS customers will receive the same unparalleled service they are accustomed to, along with access to an expanded catalog of promo and logoed apparel items.
