Midlothian, Texas-based Ennis, Inc. has acquired all of the stock of Printgraphics, Inc. as of Oct. 1, 2011. Printgraphics has two locations, Vandalia, Ohio and Nevada, Iowa, both of which will continue producing their current products and services. Printgraphics has been a leading wholesale manufacturer of fully integrated document solutions for more than 33 years and is now recognized as the 21st largest and 14th fastest-growing company in the industry.
In 2010, the members of Strategic Print Alliance established the Flesh Membership Award to honor the memory of Royal S. (Scud) Flesh. Under Flesh’s leadership, The Flesh Company was a founding member of what is now the Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA). The company remains a strong supporter of the organization to this day. The Flesh Membership Award, sponsored by Strategic Print Alliance, funds the first year’s dues in the PSDA for a new member.
