DocuSource, a Safeguard company, has completed its acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based Formit Print Management. Founded in 1995 by industry veteran Jeff Larson, Formit provides print, promotional products, apparel and fulfillment services to a wide range of customers in the Pacific Northwest.

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) and Boise have entered into a definitive agreement under which PCA will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Boise for $12.55 per share in cash, for an aggregate transaction value of $1.995 billion, inclusive of $714 million of outstanding indebtedness of Boise.

Minnesota-based distributor American Solutions for Business (ASB) recently announced the acquisition of three individual companies located in Florida, Ohio and Nevada. These acquisitions were part of an expansion initiative, which has continued to extend ASB's national footprint.

It was standing room only for the June 10 grand opening of 4over’s new Phoenix production facility. With this new addition, 4over has expanded to seven states. The Phoenix facility will be capable of producing all of 4over’s traditional offset and Grand4mat products in the near future.
