P+P: What other changes can the industry expect to see in Chicago?
RW: In addition to further developing peer-to-peer audiences within the membership, and tailoring our educational sessions and networking opportunities toward those groups, we are diversifying the trade show to include new and exciting exhibitors, such as manufacturers and suppliers of packaging solutions, promotional products, wide-format printing and many other niches. We've also shortened the length of the event and its "footprint" to create more intimacy—all in an effort to increase meaningful interaction and promote engagement and relationship building.
