American Solutions for Business & BrandCo Acquire Innovative Promotions

American Solutions for Business and its California-headquartered affiliate BrandCo have acquired Innovative Promotions under a new contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

BrandCo owner Brandon Kennedy, as well as the ASB team, is most looking forward to assisting previous Innovative Promotions owners Mary and Al Alvarez into a smooth transition after retirement. Members of the Simi, Valley, California-based Innovative Promotions’ team will be joining BrandCo. They include Lee Ann Satt, Kathy Dunn and Natalia Alvarez.

“I always ask vendors who visit us and make presentations if they know of any unhappy sales reps or distributors looking to get out of the business,” Kennedy said. “[Mary and Al] were looking to retire, and I provided a solution for their sales reps to stay on board and for us and ASB to help support their sales and growth into the future. Lee Ann, Kathy and Natalia come with great experience [and] amazing client relationships, and I feel that they are going to be a fantastic addition [to] our current team.”
