American Solutions for Business Holds Winter Conference: ‘Living the American Dream’
American Solutions for Business (ASB), Glenwood, Minn., held its national sales conference in Orlando, Fla. earlier this month. A total of 305 sales associates registered for the conference and more than 120 vendors participated in the ASB Vendor Expo.
The four-day convention was held Jan. 4-7 in conjunction with the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) Orlando show. The ASB conference theme, 'Living the American Dream,' reflected the new mission statement, which was formally revealed during Saturday's general session. ASB's 10-member leadership team, who wrote the mission statement, also identified the core values and cornerstones that are fundamental elements of the company's vision.
"Our new mission statement is simple and straightforward," said Larry Zavadil, founder and CEO. "We help people live their American Dream. This statement expresses for us the essence of what American is all about. As an employee-owned company, we provide value to our stakeholders through entrepreneurial relationships and solutions. It's that spirit that allows us to implement changes that make us better so that we can reach out and provide solutions and growth opportunities for customers, sales associates, employees and our vendor partners."
ASB holds two sales conferences per year for the purpose of bringing sales associates, home office personnel and vendor partners together for education and networking opportunities and to share business updates.
