Bigeye Direct Merges with Advanced Mailing Solutions

Herndon, Virginia-based Bigeye Direct announced that it will merge with Advanced Mailing Services to provide first-class data processing, printing and mailing services to companies across the area. The joint venture will retain the Bigeye Direct name and relocate to 32,000 square feet of newly renovated office and production space in Herndon, Va. Mark Karl will serve as CEO, Damon Smith will serve as president and Mike Calder will serve as COO.

“This merger was really about providing superior service to our customers,” said Karl. “The new Bigeye Direct will provide the most advanced and responsive direct experience in data processing, personalization and letter shop operations. Nearly all employees from the two companies have been transitioned to the new venture, resulting in little to no disruption in operations.”

The merger will enable greater capacity and quicker turnaround times, as well as expanded drop shipments and deeper postal discounts for our customers.
