BroderBros Co. and Columbia End Relationship
Portland, Oregon-based Columbia Sportswear and Trevose, Pennsylvania-based BroderBros Co., including the company's Alpha, Broder and NES divisions, have mutually decided to terminate their long-standing relationship due to business and economic pressures faced this year.
“We are extremely disappointed to be ending our relationship with Columbia,” said Girisha Chandraraj, senior vice president of marketing at BroderBros. “It's a great brand and we've shared a mutually beneficial relationship. That said, we are committed to serving our customers and their needs with our extensive portfolio of branded items such as Rossignol, Devon & Jones, Weatherproof and Chestnut Hill.”
The relationship termination is effective immediately and BroderBros Co. plans to sell through its remaining inventory of Columbia Sportswear products.
BroderBros Co. is one of the nation's largest distributors of trade, private label and exclusive apparel brands to the imprinting, embroidery and promotional product industries, serving customers since 1919.
