Burnishine Announces New Deletion Pen for Kodak Thermal Plates

Lake Villa, Illinois-based Burnishine Products has announced the immediate availability of its new KP4 Deletion Pen, which is specifically formulated for use with Kodak thermal plates. The Burnishine KP4 Deletion Pen removes images from Kodak Trillian, Thermal Direct, Electra XD (baked) and Thermal Gold (unbaked) printing plates. The pen has two tips―medium and broad―made of durable, chisel-shaped nylon for long-lasting performance in the pressroom.

This is the only pen available that will remove images from baked Kodak Electra XD plates.”
