Corporate Development Associates (CDA), Scottsdale, Ariz., today announced the promotion of print industry veteran Roger Buck to managing director of its St. Louis office. Buck has worked for many of the leading companies in the business forms sector, including Flesh Co, Ward-Kraft, Perfection Forms and Continuous Forms & Checks. He began his print career with Ace Forms in 1971.
“We are delighted to announce the promotion of Roger to managing director on our deal-making team, which also includes Stuart Boyar in Rochester, N.Y.,” said Jim Anderson, founder and president of CDA. “Roger joined CDA in June 2017, and has in short order learned to be a great dealmaker and bring not only a fresh look to CDA, but add his absolutely incredible base of contacts. I knew he would be successful!”
“It’s hard to think it’s been three years since joining CDA,” Buck said. “My background in manufacturing and working with print distributors has been a tremendous advantage, as it helps me find the right fit for buyers and sellers. The industry continues to shift and grow through acquisition, [which] will continue to be a key factor for many companies. Likewise, more and more company owners are looking at thoughtful exit planning as opposed to knee-jerk reactions to market changes. I’m looking forward to several more years working with Jim and Stuart to help our merger and acquisition clients.”
Parties interested in hearing more may contact Buck in St. Charles, Mo. by phone at (620) 687-1917, or email at rbuck@printmergers.com; or Anderson in Scottsdale, Ariz. by phone (480) 951-2441, by cell at (602) 432-0426 or email at jaa@printmergers.com.
