DocuSource, a Safeguard Company, Acquires Formit Print Management

DocuSource, a Safeguard company, has completed its acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based Formit Print Management. Founded in 1995 by industry veteran Jeff Larson, Formit provides print, promotional products, apparel and fulfillment services to a wide range of customers in the Pacific Northwest.

Larson, along with the rest of the Formit staff, will stay on board.
