eLynxx Solutions Appoints New CEO

Bill Gindlesperger, founder of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania-based eLynxx Solutions, has named Mike Jackson to succeed him as chief executive officer.

Jackson, the company's chief operating officer since 2008, has been instrumental in advancing the company's value proposition and service delivery. In his new role as CEO, Jackson will build on his 27-year track record in development, sales, delivery and management of technical products and services.

Prior to joining eLynxx Solutions, Jackson held vice president roles in operations and business development at Convergys Corporation and global-level director positions at Dell Inc. Having earned advanced degrees in engineering from the University of Akron, Jackson began his career in health care technology, focusing on delivery of consulting, professional and field operation services. He later completed executive management programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

With Jackson assuming the CEO role, Gindlesperger will remain chairman, providing vision and guidance to the company's ongoing direction and strategy. "Mike's ability to develop and nurture business relationships through his personal approach has earned my full trust and support. As founder and chairman, I look forward to watching the second generation of eLynxx Solutions continue to grow," Gindlesperger said.

Jackson further expanded on the direction he sees eLynxx Solutions moving in the future.
