Ennis Business Forms Declares Dividend and Name Change
Keith S. Walters, chairman, president and CEO of Ennis Business Forms, Midlothian, Texas, recently announced that the company's board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15-1/2 cents a share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Aug. 2 to shareholders of record on July 15.
