Facilisgroup, a leading software-as-a-service company and partnering community within the promotional products industry, is positioning itself for growth with the appointment of Scott Anderson as the new senior vice president of sales and marketing.
New to the role, but not new to Facilisgroup, Anderson has been serving as director of professional development since April, when the professional development program he co-founded, LiV2 (now known as Amplifi¬), became part of Facilisgroup’s professional growth portfolio. Prior to his time with Facilisgroup, Anderson spent 30 years within the promo industry, including over 15 years of sales leadership with PCNA.
“Scott has such a consistent history in driving successful sales and marketing strategies,” said Ashley McCune, president of Facilisgroup. “His collaborative leadership style and passion for helping others grow is exactly what we need as we further the alignment of our sales and marketing initiatives in preparation for the launch of new products.”
In Anderson’s case, the new role represents an exciting challenge in an industry that he has, quite literally, grown up in.
“My father, Hank Anderson, was a multi-line rep in the Midwest, and my uncle, Jim Buescher, was an industry leader in Los Angeles, so my love for this business has truly been lifelong,” said Anderson. “To help lead the growth efforts of this tremendous organization as we push into new and innovative areas is simply an opportunity I could not pass up.”
Regarding the professional development program, Amplifi, the future remains bright: Program co-founder, Alina Rubinshteyn, remains firmly at the helm as director of professional development, and will be launching an elevated suite of courses to Facilisgroup distributor partners later this year.
