FedEx Employee Given Xplorer of the Year Award

Manish Kapoor, managing director of Network Operations for FedEx Office, an operating company of FedEx Corp., was recently presented with the "Xplorer of the Year" award by Xplor International, a worldwide, not-for-profit electronic document systems professional association.

The award is given each year at Xplor's annual conference and recognizes members for their volunteer service to the association, dedication to the Xplor mission and promotion of the interests of the electronic document systems industry.
"We're extremely proud to see a member of the FedEx Office team honored as Manish was by Xplor," said Kim Dixon, chief operating officer of FedEx Office. "Manish leads by example, passionately pursuing advancement and growth for both the document solutions industry and our company. His actions set a standard of professional achievement to which we all aspire."
Kapoor has been with FedEx Office since 2007. In his current role, he is responsible for managing the company's digital document business, including the automation of its digitally-connected network of more than 1,900 retail locations and centralized production centers. He also oversees the national operations of the company's local pickup and delivery system, along with operations engineering and custom solutions groups.
