Flint Group Appoints New CEO

Flint Group has appointed Antoine Fady as chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1.

Fady will succeed Charles Knott, who will turn over these responsibilities in order to separate the duties of the Chairman and CEO. Knott will continue on as Chairman and remains committed to the long - term growth and development of Flint Group.

Fady joins Flint Group with over 20 years of global specialty chemical experience. Most recently, serving as general manager, Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints-Europe and prior to that, as CEO ICI Packaging & Coatings.
