Folder Express CSR Receives Top Honor
Omaha, Nebraska-based Folder Express announced that Cathy Cullinane, customer service representative (CSR) lead, has been honored with Printing Industries of the Midlands (PIM) "Customer Service of the Year" award. She received this honor on Feb. 22 at a luncheon featuring Michael Keene, National Chairman of the Printing Industries of America.
“Cathy has a remarkable knowledge of printing and finishing processes," said Doug Boysen, Folder Express company president. "She is willing to teach and support anyone on the team and is always helpful to the customer."
Cullinane has been in customer service at Folder Express for 13 years and is a leader in the department. With the established reputation of being the fastest producer of presentation folders in the industry, it is not surprising to hear Cullinane say she is "never bored," and is proud to have been a part of the many changes over the years, including introducing the standard one-day production time on the most popular folder styles and the evolution to on-line quoting and ordering of the standard 9x12”, two pocket folder.
She received this recognition through a nomination and referral process, including rave reviews from her customers:
• "Cathy, in my opinion, has set a bar for customer service that most people would need a step stool and a 10 foot pole just to touch."
• "She portrays what it takes to help and maintain customers in a very professional manner."
• "She has all of the qualities you'd look for in a customer services representative: She is punctual, organized, efficient and cooperative. She does it all with good cheer and patience."
PIM is a printing trade association consisting of approximately 125 companies in the region. The president of PIM, Dick Clark, presented the award with approximately 65 local members in attendance, including Cullinane's son and daughter-in-law Shawn and Jamie Cullinane who also work at Folder Express.
