HBP Subsidiary Acquires Certain Assets of Whitmore
In business for more than 100 years, HBP provides communication tools through integrated solutions including print, multichannel marketing services and a customized fulfillment operation. Whitmore has been providing high-quality printing services to its customers for 65 years. This acquisition will offer Whitmore’s customers access to an even broader range of high-quality printing services and solutions.
John Snyder, president of HBP, stated, “As our customers’ needs continue to change and evolve, we are ready to support them. It is critical to have a strategic focus on our customer’s goals and provide the resources and people to help them achieve those goals along with the ability to measure their results. In addition, our services help organizations streamline processes, reduce costs and manage data. I know that Whitmore has always had the same core values as HBP—excellent customer service combined with a passion to build integrated and measurable solutions. We look forward to offering Whitmore’s clients an expanded array of products and services. The HBP group of companies now has locations in Baltimore, Bethesda, Falls Church and Hagerstown.”
Snyder continued, “This acquisition is a strategic part of our aim to become the mid-Atlantic region’s leading integrated communications company. Our services include technology and marketing solutions such as mobile and website development, data integration and data capture services, multichannel marketing, customized storefronts, digital and conventional print, wide-format printing along with traditional mailing and fulfillment services.”
Snyder concluded, “The HBP group of companies is pleased to add the talents of George Shenk, Steve Shenk and Jay Goldscher. We are excited to be working with such talented individuals. With so many years of industry experience and an excellent understanding of Whitmore’s customers, they add an exciting additional dimension to our team.”
