Headquartered in Indianapolis, International Business Solutions Alliance (IBSA) was selected by Premier Inc.—one of the largest health-care alliances in the United States—as a contracted supplier of document management solutions. San Diego-based Premier serves 1,700 hospitals and approximately 45,000 other health-care sites, and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes while safely reducing the cost of care.
Under the multi-year agreement which begins in May, IBSA’s affiliate members will provide a broad product offering to Premier’s hospitals and other health-care sites. After a thorough review process, Premier awarded the contract based on IBSA’s extensive capabilities and experience in servicing the health-care industry, including its contracts with Novation and First Choice Cooperative.

Among other considerations, Premier selected IBSA based on its ability to provide cost-saving programs, as well as develop a comprehensive, customized support structure to monitor and measure every aspect of the program. In addition, all IBSA affiliate representatives will be required to complete a comprehensive health-care certification before they are able to work with Premier members.
