“Image-to-Print” Again in Southeast Asia

More than 100 guests from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, India and Pakistan participated in the event in early March in Bangkok.

Market trends, strategies and latest technical developments in printing inks, forms and machines for rotogravure printing were presented and discussed. The efficiency and performance of rotogravure printing were proven to be in step with actual practice by the Heliostar® GS printing machine on site at the printer TPN Foodpak, one of the leading manufacturers of flexible packaging in South-East Asia. A boat trip on the Chaophraya River at night was very pleasant and offered a wonderful opportunity for the personal exchanges and networking.

“Image-to-Print” is keen to support local printers and converters and aims that the provision of the workshop will provide an insight to gravure printing best practice and future developments and will support local market needs.

After St. Petersburg, Kuala Lumpur and now Bangkok the next installment of the roadshow is already planned.
