Imagine! Print Solutions, a Minneapolis-based provider of in-store marketing solutions, announced that John J. Hans has been named CEO and a member of the company's board of directors, effective June 1, 2016. Founder Bob Lothenbach, who has led Imagine! Print Solutions since its inception in 1988, will be working with Hans to affect a leadership transition over the next several months.

Hans joins Imagine! Print Solutions after serving as the chief operating officer of Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions LLC, the exclusive supply-chain management organization for Yum! Brands Inc. and its three national restaurant brands (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell). Prior to that, Hans held leadership roles of increasing responsibility over an 18-year career at H. J. Heinz Co., during which time he led teams in the areas of marketing, sales, finance, human resources, supply chain, consumer insights, and research and development in North America and Europe. In his capacities as president of U.S. Foodservice and as president of Consumer Products Sales, Hans demonstrated the ability to drive superior financial and operational performance at these important $1 billion-plus revenue Heinz business units. Prior to Heinz, Hans held positions at Crown BBK, IBM Corp. and Procter & Gamble.
