Specialty trade printer Bestforms, Inc., located in Camarillo, Calif., recently announced some personnel changes. Joe Valdez has assumed the position of vice president/general manager and will oversee all operations of the company.

He joined Bestforms in 1986 and has been a key leader in research/development and equipment procurement.

Pat Valdez has been named vice president sales/marketing.

In this position, he is responsible for implementing the company's strategic marketing plan and directing main office functions.

Pat has more than 25 years of experience in lead positions at Bestforms.

Welcomes Westcott

Denver-based Johnson Printing named Alison Westcott as the new marketing manager.

In this role, Westcott will focus on strategic marketing programs designed to build upon and expand the company's position in the printing industry.

Westcott began her career in the nonprofit sector and later made the switch to the agency world. She acquired her skills from public relations agency Fleishman-Hillard, along with creative agency Caffeine Communications.
