Industry Veteran Allen Simon Joins Corporate Development Associates Team

Corporate Development Associates (CDA), Scottsdale, Ariz., has announced the addition of printing industry veteran Allen Simon to its deal-making team as an associate. Simon spent the bulk of his 39-year career at Datatel Resources Corporation, based in Monaca, Pa., serving as president and CEO from 1993 until Datatel’s sale to Wise Business Forms in October 2017, which was orchestrated by CDA. Simon remained with Wise in a sales capacity for a three-year transition period that ended in Nov. 2020.
