Inovar Packaging Group Acquires LabelPrint America

Idealliance, a communications industry association representing all facets of the global omnichannel media value chain, announced that Inovar Packaging Group LLC, Arlington, Texas, has purchased LabelPrint America of Newburyport, Mass. LabelPrint retained the Idealliance Ideadvisors business advisory group to help it find a buyer that would support its successful growth strategies.

Tony Yemma, LabelPrint America’s owner and CEO, will join Inovar as a sales consultant. LabelPrint America’s president, Robin Hamilton, will serve as a member of Inovar’s management team as a vice president and the general manager of LabelPrint America. The LabelPrint America division of Inovar will continue to operate from the Newburyport location.
