IWCO Direct Completes Move
IWCO Direct, a leading national provider of direct marketing solutions, has completed the move of Mail-Gard's second critical communications recovery center to its Chanhassen, Minn., headquarters.
Mail-Gard previously maintained its second facility in Fort Worth, TX. IWCO Direct acquired Mail-Gard as part of its acquisition of the U.S. operations of Transcontinental Direct earlier this year. Mail-Gard's primary recovery facility is in Warminster, Pa.
In the case of any major business interruption such as a natural disaster, power outage or human error, Mail-Gard ensures that a company's critical communications documents, including invoices and statements, can be produced and distributed as planned. Offering multiple locations provides increased recovery capacity, the ability to offer guaranteed access solutions, and more seamless document recovery in the event of an emergency.
"Mail-Gard not only strengthens our Total Package Platform it also helps our customers meet growing compliance requirements," said Jim Andersen, IWCO Direct president and CEO. "We expect to expand Mail-Gard to support future growth."
"Moving our second recovery facility to the corporate headquarters in Minnesota maintains our industry leadership as the only print and mail recovery services provider with two dedicated recovery locations," explained Jerry Montella, vice president of Mail-Gard. "Our second site offering also provides Mail-Gard customers ready access to expanded print and mail services and capabilities that IWCO Direct can provide."
