Justin Case Set to Acquire Existing Promotions Division Inventory of Superex

Justin Case, Markham, Ontario, will, subject to court approval, purchase only the existing promotions division inventory of Toronto-based Superex Canada Limited (hereafter referred to as Superex), offered for sale by Superex’s receiver.

Justin Case has not acquired the Superex name or trademark, save and except for having a limited license in order to deal with the inventory. Justin Case was expected to finalize its purchase of the promotions division inventory as early as yesterday. Janet Trachter, formerly Superex’s vice president of marketing and sales, will be joining Justin Case in the same capacity. Trachter managed sales and marketing for Starline during 18 years of sustained growth.
