Mail-Gard Increases its Inserting Capacity
To meet growing demand, Mail-Gard, a division of IWCO Direct and one of the nation's leading providers of critical communications recovery solutions, has increased its total inserting capacity by 70 percent with the installation of three Pitney Bowes 21-station, APS inserters at its Warminster, Pa. facility.
The inserters are capable of producing more than 20,000 envelopes per hour and are equipped with document tracking capabilities. With the installation, Mail-Gard meaningfully expands its inserting capability and capacity to support critical communications recovery programs. The document tracking technology, which is a vital component to critical communications recovery operations, provides greater quality control and drives even greater accuracy of multiple-page mailings.
"Our customers will benefit from the increased speed, capacity, and tracking capabilities of these new inserters," said Jerry Montella, vice president of Mail-Gard. "As critical communications recovery needs continue to advance, we are committed to investing in technology to support our customers and lead the industry."
