Test-Run Your Company’s Major Changes
This is not to suggest a canned workshop where an organization plays at creating a factory. The Apple experiment was something quite different than that; it was about building something so you can see what it looks and feels like.
With a test run, a company can experience stakeholders’ whole range of viewpoints, and learn what makes them crazy about new plans. Most importantly, a company can foresee the amount of money and other resources it would take to pull their project off.
