MFSA and PODi Partner in Upcoming NAPL Conference
Two of the printing and graphic communications industry's most respected associations have become conference partners for this fall's inaugural NAPL Best in BusinessTM Conference. The Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA) and PODi, The Digital Printing Initiative will provide content in their specialized areas for the conference, which will be held in Washington, D.C., Nov. 13 through Nov. 15.
"We are excited that MFSA and PODi will be joining with NAPL to offer our Best in Business Conference attendees actionable information about two key graphic communications growth areas-mailing/fulfillment and digital printing," said Joseph P. Truncale, Ph.D., NAPL President and Chief Executive Officer. "Their participation will increase even further the value of this new event, which we have created as a no-nonsense hands-on learning experience for industry executives and leaders.
"The Best in Business Conference will feature industry practitioners offering a nuts and bolts approach to transforming your company from a product-centered business to a more profitable customer-centered organization," he continued.
"There won't be a lot of theory," added Truncale. "This will be a 'roll up your sleeves' meeting, with an emphasis on real-world practical applications from a variety of perspectives. Speakers will be front-line industry professionals who have faced the same issues attendees do and have a found a way to deal with them successfully in their own business. And those attendees will leave with a number of action items they can put to use in their businesses as soon as they get home."
The 2011 Best in Business Conference also will serve as a forum to honor winners of NAPL's Management PlusTM Awards for general management excellence, Marketing PlusTM Awards for marketing superiority, and Customer PlusTM Awards for the highest levels of customer service. It will feature presentation of the annual William K. Marrinan Management Plus Hall of Fame Award to a company that has shown consistent leadership in graphic communications management excellence over a number of years.
