Monique Gregoire Named Vice President of Finance at ASB

Monique Gregoire has been named vice president of finance for American Solutions for Business (ASB), Glenwood, Minn. Initially hired as controller in 2015, Gregoire moved quickly into the role of executive director of finance a year ago. In this new role, she will be responsible for the analysis, interpretation and communication of the fiscal operations of ASB and for providing information and guidance to other leaders and board members.

“We’re pleased to have Monique in this new role here at American,” said Justin Zavadil, president of ASB. “Her strong financial background, knowledge and experience will serve American well as we move into the future.”

Gregoire holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management and a master’s in business administration from St. Thomas University of St. Paul, Minn. She was employed for 13 years by Minneapolis-based Valspar, a global leader in the coatings industry. Gregoire was a member of the Valspar Finance Department, serving as finance manager. She and her husband live in Alexandria, Minn. with their two young children.
