Nekoosa Coated Products Expands its Thermanent Digital Polyester Line

Headquartered in Nekoosa, Wis., Nekoosa Coated Products announced it is expanding its Thermanent digital polyester line with Thermanent Digital PS, pressure sensitive polyester designed for high heat digital printing.

“People have come to realize that our Thermanent product is truly a bulletproof choice for synthetic digital printing, and now we can offer the same durability and strength in a new pressure sensitive product, Thermanent Digital PS,” said Paul Charapata, president.

Thermanent Digital PS is a pressure sensitive polyester sheet designed for short run, high heat toner-based printing. It features a film release liner to improve runnability, reduce curl and enhance dimensional stability in the machine. Also, its clean-stripped edges eliminate adhesive oozing that damages machines. Like Thermanent, Thermanent Digital PS is waterproof and weather resistant due to a special coating that permanently fuses with the printed image.

Thermanent Digital PS is suitable for applications such as counter mats, window clings, permanent and removable labeling, bumper stickers, customer food and beverage labels and removable holiday decals.
