NEPS Information Design Director to Judge ClearMark Awards
The ClearMark Awards honor and celebrate documents and websites that exhibit the best use of clear communication and plain language, in both the private and public sectors.
An expert in information design and document process solutions, Linsky has extensive experience in creating solutions for a wide range of NEPS clients in the financial, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications industries. His expertise in blending content, plain language, typography, imagery, and operational guidelines has contributed to NEPS' strong reputation for delivering communications that are measurably clear, effective, and efficient.
"One of the most powerful ways to ensure that every document has the ability to enhance customer experience is by using clear, understandable language and principles of good information design," said Linsky. "I'm looking forward to participating in the ClearMark Awards and working with an amazing group of plain language and information design experts to judge some of the very best examples of truly effective communications."
"Robert Linsky has been integral to our team at NEPS in helping our clients transform their business communications into documents that support customer retention, reduce overall operating costs, and drive new business growth. He will be the perfect judge for this award competition," said Denise Miano, president and chief technology officer, NEPS. "We are proud to have Robert represent NEPS in support of the efforts and goals of the Center for Plain Language."
