New Owners for Manchester Forms & Label

Headquartered in Manchester, Ga., Manchester Forms & Label was purchased by John Wombles of Lakeland, Fla., and Russ Berry of LaGrange, Ga. The change in owneship became effective September 1. Combined, Wombles and Berry bring more than 60 years of industry experience to Manchester Forms & Label.

Immediate plans include an additional vendor rep in Florida, as well as improvements in the order entry area, which will facilitate online order placing and stored inventory releases. In anticipation of continued growth and greater regional recognition, new production equipment is also being added to enhance the existing large company capability and small company flexibility at Manchester.

Berry said the company name will be changed to Rotary Press USA in the very near future, to reflect the growing regional presence. He also announced the following promotions effective with the purchase of the company:

• John Wombles, CEO

• Russ Berry, president (formerly sales manager)

• Wendy Smith, CFO

• Levern Davis, vice president of sales and marketing

Industry veteran Davis brings more than 30 years of experience from his former employer, LaGrange, Georgia-based Woodbury Business Forms, and serves as key contact for the company.
