Ovation Graphics Acquires Motheral Printing

After 78 years of family ownership, Jim Motheral, president of Motheral Printing Company, announced the company has been sold to Ovation Graphics LLC.

Ovation Graphics recently purchased Fort Worth’s Branch-Smith Printing and is affiliated with Ussery Printing Company of Irving. Daniel Hanson, Ovation’s president, said, “We are delighted to announce this acquisition and to welcome the Motheral Team to our growing family. Our intention is to continue to build the finest print group in the Metroplex and to consolidate our operations into Motheral’s 150,000 sq. ft. facility located near DFW airport.”
