Paper Industry Veteran George Wurtz Joins Mohawk’s Board of Directors

Cohoes, New York-based Mohawk has named George William Wurtz III to its board of directors. Wurtz currently is CEO and president of WinCup Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of a broad line of disposable foodservice products.

With a 25-year history in the manufacturing of paper and packaging products, prior to joining WinCup, Wurtz has held executive positions with Georgia Pacific Corporation, Fort Jameson Corporation and James River Corporation.
