Pinnacle Label Expands Product Line with 100 Percent Recyclable Label

Pinnacle Label, Buffalo, N.Y., has added Recyclabels with Clean Edge Technology to its product line. The product features a 100 percent post-consumer face stock and a recyclable permanent adhesive. Pinnacle Label found it necessary to research and develop a recyclable cut-sheet pressure-sensitive label in response to former President Clinton’s Executive Order 13148 section 702 “Greening the Government Through Leadership in Environmental Management.” The order requires the federal government to purchase paper products using environmentally benign adhesives (EBA’s) when technically practical and cost effective.
