Print Professional magazine, the Philadelphia-based resource for distributors of printed products now in its 50th year, announced last week that it has become Print + Promo. This new publication and website will continue to serve the print distributor marketplace while expanding its reach into the related promotional products field.
Brought to you from the staff of Print Professional and its sister publication, Promo Marketing, Print + Promo takes an executive-level look at the print industry with a focus on market trends, business strategies and the ever-evolving role of distributors in today's marketplace.
"Our research showed 77 percent of our readers are selling promotional products and more than half of you indicated that promotional products account for approximately 30 percent of your business or more," said Nichole Stella, editorial director of Print + Promo. "Therefore, we thought it was important to deliver accurate and smart information about this segment of your business as well."
To better service the print distributor market, Print + Promo has launched a new website at www.GoPrintAndPromo.com. The site offers all the same features and news as the old Print Professional website, while adding new services to better aid and educate industry salespeople. In addition to a new webinar section filled with free educational videos, the site features enhanced industry centers so readers can focus in on what's most important to their business.
Print + Promo's site also incorporates the free promotional product search from Promo Marketing. This tool allows print distributors to easily find over 300,000 imprinted products that their clients are already asking for quickly and easily.
In addition to the new site and new magazine, Print + Promo has relaunched its weekly newsletter as The Press. The newsletter, sent out every Tuesday. will continue to focus on print industry news, while incorporating with opinions from leading industry experts, providing sales tips and more.
"It is our goal that Print + Promo be the business strategy resource you come to again and again to expand your print distribution and promotional product business," Stella said.
As it celebrates its 50th anniversary, Print + Promo will continue to innovate, creating education programs, print supplements and exclusive online content geared toward providing print distributors with the tools they needed to compete in today's economy and reach their own milestones.
