PrintXcel Facility Fully Operational After Tragedy
PrintXcel's plant in Visalia, California is back to full manufacturing operations after a December 9th incident that resulted in two deaths and a minor fire that occurred when an armed former employee entered the facility. The gunman and Jose Manriquez II, who was employed at the Visalia plant, were both killed.
