Proforma, Cleveland, partnered with the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) last week to hold its exclusive networking and educational event, Elevate.
Last year’s in-person meeting was canceled in response to the pandemic, so Proforma and its partners were excited to kick off 2022 together. Elevate and the PPAI Expo combined made up the largest meeting of suppliers in the industry with more than 1,000 in attendance. These knowledgeable exhibitors proudly featured more than 100,000 promotional products, curated based on the latest industry trends.
“Proforma’s 300 Elevate attendees engaged with interactive supplier sessions and took part in celebrating the first of eight technology releases scheduled for 2022,” said Billie Jo Mathusek, chief marketing officer for Proforma. “They even got a first look at Proforma’s latest sales and marketing resources, which are instrumental in the double-digit growth projected for this year.”
As the organization looks to the future, Proforma also celebrated the release of ProStores University, the industry's only training and certification program for its proprietary eCommerce platform.
“ProStores University will offer a systematic approach to providing this training and provide a pathway to become a certified eCommerce Consultant,” said Stan Maxwell, chief strategy officer for Proforma. “The reaction of our owners has been overwhelmingly positive, with many of our courses reaching capacity within a few hours.”
