Tony Zayas, director of e-commerce solutions and marketing manager for Cleveland-based Proforma, will be a featured speaker at AMPlify, an event addressing the unique challenges associated with customer and employee engagement through social media.
In a session titled “Power Prospecting Using Social Media,” Zayas will share how Proforma has been able to help its owners and sales reps use a unique, step-by-step process for social prospecting that has generated more than 1,000 viable business leads and more than $3 million in new business since December 2013.
“It’s an honor to share the success Proforma owners have had using social media to prospect for new clients with other marketing leaders,” said Zayas. “While some people may be very active on social media, those efforts don’t always translate to actual sales. AMPlify will be held at Bentley University’s Center for Marketing and Technology in Boston May 13 to 14. This event is designed for marketing leaders and managers who drive social media marketing efforts within their organization to gain strategic vision and a better understanding of how to drive value through social media engagement.
