RR Donnelley Acquisition of Courier Moves Forward After Meeting Antitrust Regs
RR Donnelley & Sons Company and Courier Corporation jointly announced today the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (HSR) in connection with the previously announced merger agreement under which RR Donnelley will acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Courier Corporation. The waiting period expired on Monday, March 23.
