Sally Spurr to Transition to Director of Continuous Improvement for Wise
Wise, a leading trade manufacturer providing business forms, labels and digital printing, announced that Sally Spurr will become director of continuous improvement. Spurr has led the Fort Wayne operation as its general manager for the past 15 years and created many advances through process improvement methods, as well as lean principles.
Spurr will become a resource to support the entire company in the area of lean and process improvement to enhance the value Wise delivers to its customers, to nurture the growth of its employees through learning, improve waste and grow productivity. She will be a resource to implement lean principles throughout Wise, whether in manufacturing, customer service, sales, marketing or accounting.
Spurr understands Wise’s values, culture, customers and distribution channels. She also has significant knowledge and experience in implementing lean principles, along with a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
