SnugZ USA Announces Acquisition of Sweda Company LLC

SnugZ USA, West Jordan, Utah, has acquired Sweda Company LLC, combining two top 40 promotional products suppliers and enhancing their ability to serve distributor partners with the highest-quality products and service. The combination will drive an aggressive sustainable, diverse and differentiated best-in-class service and product selection.

Mackay will remain CEO and Hagan will stay on as president of Sweda. Mackay noted that it will be business as usual as the suppliers navigate the future.
