Stylecraft Printing Acquires Fellow Michigan Commercial Shop Highlite Printers

Stylecraft Printing, Canton, Mich., has announced its acquisition of Highlite Printers, Trenton, Mich. Under the terms of the agreement, Highlite Printers has moved its order entry, estimating systems, client files and certain pieces of production equipment into Stylecraft Printing’s facilities.

“We are excited to have the Highlite and Stylecraft families come together,” said Richard Pesci, president of Stylecraft Printing. “Even though our businesses were not separated by a great distance, we rarely ran into each other as competitors. Bringing these two together will offer the customers of each the opportunity to benefit from the strengths of our combined resources of equipment and personnel.”

Highlite Printers’ phone numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged.
