TEAM Concept Printing, Carol Stream, Ill., recently announced a major investment to its equipment lineup. Headlining the new acquisitions is a pair of top-of-the-line printing presses:
- A versatile, five-color Kodak NexPress ZX 3900 Digital Press prints on more than 800 substrates with offset press-like handling, on sheets up to 40 inches in length. Dry inks deliver flat tints, richer deeper black, photo-quality images and exceptional consistency.
- A Komori Lithrone SX29 provides industry-leading efficiency and color repeatability. This new conventional offset printing press is equipped with the latest UV inking and inline coating system, delivering superior results run after run.
“TEAM Concept Printing started 2017 by adding several key pieces of equipment with the intent of expanding our capabilities for creating and producing the finest print materials for our clients,” said Tony Rouse, president and CEO. “Each piece was specifically selected for its functionality, allowing us to design and produce a wider variety of high-quality finishes faster and more efficiently.”
Two new roll-fed, large-format devices further add to the company’s commitment to print and production excellence:
- The HP Latex 365 Printer has eight-color capabilities up to 1200x1200 DPI, and 64-inch roll width maximum, averaging 240 sq. ft. per hour.
- The UV ink roll option on the new Arizona 2200XT offers six-color output at 1440 DPI and 78.7-inch roll width maximum, averaging 182 sq. ft. per hour.
Also, adding greater value to every client’s project are the new large-format flatbed Canon OCE Arizona 2260XT, high-performance digital cutter Zund G3 3XL-3200, and new finishing and kitting machines. These pieces provide greater efficiency and control over every project from start to completion.
TEAM Concept Printing believes this investment demonstrates the company’s commitment to meeting the needs of every client, and its ability to exceed expectations project after project. It is the expanding depth and breadth of capabilities at TEAM Concept Printing enhanced by these new investments, specifically specialty die-cutting, and foil and embossing finishing techniques, that bring added value to client print materials.
