Team Concept Printing Enjoys Successful Open House
On Sept. 5, the NFL kickoff, more than 400 people brought their appetites and enthusiasm to Carol Stream, Illinois-based Team Concept Printing’s football-inspired open house.
Attendees enjoyed demonstrations, tours and in-depth discussions about different printing techniques for boosting sales and cultivating trust with their clients. Team Concept showcased its EFI system, designed for customers to quickly receive up-to-date information on their print jobs (including shipments and invoices). Representatives from Lewis Paper and PSDA also had booths set up to give customers information about their printing needs.
In addition, attendees were treated to complimentary food and drinks as they watched the Dallas Cowboys defeat the New York Giants (24-17). T-shirts were given to every attendee and there was a photo system in place that would superimpose a customer’s face onto fun backgrounds and situations. The customer could choose between becoming a model or appearing in a mug shot.
“The open house really turned out great. I love the buildup prior to the event and the feeling you get when you introduce yourself to the first customer,” said Vince Manini, vice president, partner, Team Concept Printing. “It’s a terrific opportunity to show off what we are capable of doing and truly finding out, one on one, what people are experiencing in our industry.”
