The Sourcing Group, New York City, announced the acquisition of Transform, a $7 million distributor based in Atlanta, Ga.

“Transform has been a very successful organization pursuing two vertical markets in traditional marketing and forms, as well as an innovative business model delivering solutions and technology to the collegiate marketplace” said Billy Caan, CEO of TSG. “We are thrilled to bring them into our family.”

“Transform will expand our footprint in the Southeastern United States with their locations in Atlanta; Birmingham, Ala.; and Seneca, S.C.,” added Dennis Clemente, president.
