Touchstone Merchandise Group Announces Relocation and Expansion of Headquarters, Warehouse

Touchstone Merchandise Group, Mason, Ohio, has announced a growth-driven, strategic relocation of its office headquarters and warehouse in Q3 of 2022. The move follows Touchstone’s highest-ever revenue year in 2021 ($92 million in sales and 30% growth).

In September, Touchstone will open its BrandEQ Design Studio in downtown Old Mason (north of Cincinnati), inside the newly renovated, Art Deco inspired City Hall building (c.1939). Home to Touchstone’s business development and sales team, as well as its internal creative agency, the location will walk Touchstone clients through the company’s trademarked BrandEQ process of workshops, focused on strategic segmentation and assortment planning—a unique process that has been the driving force in Touchstone’s current growth and success.

Touchstone will transition its previous warehouse in Fairfield, Ohio, into a state-of-the-art, 400,000 sq. ft. facility.

Additionally,12 miles away in Fairfield, Ohio, Touchstone will transition its previous 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse into a new, state-of-the-art 400,000 sq. ft. building that will serve as the company’s new operations, warehouse and fulfillment center.

With these moves, Touchstone is investing in positioning itself with facilities, capabilities and a footprint ready to accommodate continued growth to serve its clients in the years to come.
