Wise to Acquire Datatel Resources Corporation

Wise, a leader in business document and industrial label printing based in Alpharetta, Ga., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Datatel Resources Corporation in Monaca, Pa. Wise expects to close on the acquisition in early October.

The Wise division, operating under the brand and name of Datatel, prints business documents and is a nice compliment to Wise’s current business. After close, all phone numbers and email contacts will not change and customers are to contact Datatel in their usual manner. Former owner, Allen Simon, will continue his employment with Wise in a business development role working with Datatel customers.
